As a major venue in the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area we pride ourselves on being a venue for all and are pleased to provide a range of features, facilities and services to support our disabled visitors.

There are over a dozen parking bays located next to the Stadium entrances.  These provide level access to both entrances to the Stadium on a solid tarmac surface.  At times we can become very busy, if you would like to reserve one of these parking bays, free of charge, for your visit please call our Reservations Team on 01733 296939.  Preference is given to visitors who hold a Blue Badge.

Access to the Stadium to drop-off visitors, at the start of one of our race meetings, is possible for all taxi and private hire companies.  At the end of the evening, access to the Stadium car park and taxi rank, is restricted to City Cabs.  It is possible to arrange for other taxi and private hire companies to come into the Stadium’s car park but it is necessary to arrange for this to be possible.  Please speak to a member of our staff when you arrive at the Stadium and they will make arrangements for your private hire car or taxi to be able to enter the Stadium car park.

If you are unable to queue, simply speak to a member of staff at the entrance and they will arrange priority entry to the Stadium once it has opened.

Both of our entrances have level access from the car park.
Once you are inside the General Entrance of the Stadium the ground floor has level access throughout including a route to the outside area adjacent to the Track.  There is a lift from the General Entrance to the upper level of the Grandstand.
In the Restaurants and Suites Entrance there is a lift which provides access to the upper level of the Grandstand, both Restaurants and the Suites.

As in most Stadia, our seating is is arranged on tiers, three throughout most of the Stadium but four in parts of the Restaurant and the Suites.  The upper tier has level access from both of the lifts.
In the Grandstand we have three accessible tables, each of which can be reserved free of charge if you are a wheel chair user.  As they are very limited we generally restrict the reservation to being one accessible table per party. To reserve one of these tables for your visit, please call our Reservations Team on 01733 296939.
In the main Restaurant there are nine wheelchair accessible tables.  Some of these tables can accommodate one wheelchair, others many more. If you, or someone in your party, needs to be seated at one of these tables please ensure you mention it when making your booking.
Access to the Pizza Pasta Restaurant is down one step.  However, it is possible to arrange for a wheelchair accessible table to be available for your visit to the Pizza Pasta Restaurant, please call our Reservations Team on 01733 296939 to discuss this.
In each of our Suites there are three wheelchair accessible tables.

There are three accessible toilets at the Stadium.  Two of these are on the upper level of the Grandstand, one in the Restaurant and one in the general area of the Grandstand.  The third is located on the ground floor adjacent to the stadium’s General Entrance.  All of our accessible toilets are unisex.  Please speak to a member of staff if you are unsure where the accessible toilets are located in the Stadium.

Assistance Dogs are welcome at the Stadium.  If pre-booking your visit it is useful to mention that you will be with an Assistance Dog when making your booking. Assistance Dogs must remain with their owners at all times.
