Your questions answered

The following questions are mostly specific to the six-pack deal and six-pack plus deal.

For further information please call 01733 29 69 39 Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm or email info@peterboroughgreyhounds.com.

Q. Is there reserved seating?
A. No, not with the normal six-pack deal. There is seating for over 500 at tables of 4 on a ‘first come - first served’ basis, plus a large downstairs bar area and plenty of standing room, indoors and out! six-pack plus offers reserved seating for a small additional charge. Early payment is recommended as places are extremely limited.

Q. Is there a car/coach park?
A. Yes, plenty of free parking

Q. How can I organise a coach?
A. Confederation of Passenger Transport, Public Affairs Department, they will point you in the right direction. Call 0207 240 3131.

Q. What happens after sending off our order?
A. Once we receive your order, we will prepare your vouchers - one strip of 6 for each member of your party - and post them out to you, for you to distribute to members of your group.

Q. What if we need extra vouchers?
A. Try to order as near as possible to your requirements. However, if you should need a couple more, you can normally buy these on the door on your chosen night, (subject to availability). This facility is not available on Saturday meetings. Obviously, six-pack plus reserved seating cannot be arranged on the night.

Q. What if too many vouchers are purchased?
A. Unfortunately no refund is available, however, the ‘spare’ vouchers can still be used on the night!

Q. Does the party organiser get a special deal?
A. Yes, if you book a six-pack or six-pack plus group of 10 or more for a Wednesday or Friday evening. You will receive a voucher for entry, race programmes and two course meal in our raceview restaurant, for two people on a future Wednesday meeting of your choice – worth £28.50! (subject to availability).

Q. What time should our group arrive?
A. Doors open at 6.30pm, first race at 7.30pm. We do get very busy, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays, so it is worth aiming to arrive before 6.30pm, if you want to try to secure tables.

Q. What time does it finish?
A. Last race is at around 10.30pm, bars close at 11.00pm.

Q. Are children allowed in the stadium?
A. Yes, under 16’s are admitted free when accompanied by six-pack customers. However, the six-pack deal is only available to over 18’s as it includes alcoholic drinks and bets. General entry for children 16 years and under is £1.00 when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Q. Once each group member has their voucher, do we still have to come in all together?
A. No, you can come in individually and meet up at one of our bars or near the fast food servery in the warmth and comfort of our stadium.

Q. Are there any vegetarian options instead of Chicken Nuggets or Scampi?
A. Yes, ask at the fast food servery for the vegetarian options available on the night.
