19-02-10: OPEN AS NORMAL - Peterborough Greyhound Stadium have announced that there will be racing as normal tonight (Friday) and Saturday. Marketing Manager Andy Barham said that after checking the weather forecast and local conditions, there was nothing they could see that would prevent racing. He added: "It is one of the advantages of our all-weather track, which is made up of silicon sand. It is treated with salt in winter to prevent freezing, and watered in the dry days of summer".

By train

Situated on the East Coast Main Line, Peterborough Train Station is opposite the Queensgate Shopping Centre car parks on Station Road and is served by four train operators providing links across the country. National Rail Enquiries can provide you with the latest train times.

Bus services run from the nearby bus station and a taxi rank plus car hire is directly outside the station.
