PAYMENT TERMS

Online Bookings
Full payment is due at the time of your booking regardless of the proximity of the date of your visit.

Call Centre Bookings
If your booking is made more than 28 days in advance of the date of your visit a 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance being payable in full by the 28th day before the date of your visit. 

If your booking is made within 28 days or less than the date of your visit then the full payment for the booking is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Different cancellation policies are applicable for each area within the Stadium and for each of the packages offered. These are as detailed below.

For all packages, if you fail to make the required payment for your booking on or before the date it is due your booking may be cancelled without notice.

All Restaurant Bookings
If you cancel or change your booking more than 28 days before the date of your visit, we can refund you in full or transfer your booking to another date. If less than 28 days’ notice is given we will be able to transfer your booking to another date or offer a drinks credit for use on the date of your visit, as long as you let us know before 4pm on the date of your booking by telephone. If you arrive ‘short in number’ on the night no refund, transfer or drinks credit is possible – you will lose the full payment for anyone that does not arrive and we will not deliver the package to the remainder of the party.

Suite Bookings
If you cancel or change your booking more than 28 days before the date of your visit, we can refund you in full or transfer your booking to another date. If less than 28 days’ notice is given we will be able to transfer your booking to another date or, if the number booked is being reduced, offer a drinks credit for use on the date of your visit, as long as you let us know before 4pm on the date of your booking by telephone. The number booked cannot drop below 40 people. If you arrive ‘short in number’ on the night no refund, transfer or drinks credit is possible – you will lose the full payment for anyone that does not arrive and we will not deliver the package to the remainder of the party.

Diner Deal Bookings
The Diner Deal booking you have made is non-refundable but, if you tell us more than 7 days before the date of your booking, we can transfer your booking to another date. We cannot issue any refund ‘on the night’ either if some of your party do not arrive. You can, of course, share the unused tokens amongst your party and let them use them instead.

Six Pack Bookings
The Six Pack or Six Pack Plus booking you have made is non-refundable but, if you tell us more than 7 days before the date of your booking, we can transfer your booking to another date. In such circumstances the Six pack Vouchers we have sent to you must be returned to us so they can be re-issued with the new date. We cannot issue any refund ‘on the night’ either if some of your party do not arrive. You can, of course, share the unused Vouchers amongst your party and let them use them instead.

Sponsored Races
Race Sponsorship payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the date for which the race has been sponsored. If you cancel the Sponsored Race more than 14 days or more before the event date we offer a 100% refund or the option to transfer the Sponsorship to another date – subject to availability.

PARTY SIZES

You are responsible for ensuring that the number of people in your booking is correct before confirming your booking and making payment.

Some packages may require a minimum number of people to make the booking.

The maximum number you can book within a party is limited by the availability of space within the location you are booking at the time you make the booking and, occasionally, by a limit that may be placed on party sizes for a particular package.

Reduction in Numbers
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for the package you have booked regarding a reduction in the number of people booked within your party.

Increases in Numbers
We are only able to accept an increase in the number of people in your party if we have the space available at the time you wish to make the increase. You should make every effort to confirm the number in your party at the earliest opportunity. It is very unlikely that we would be able to accommodate an increased party size in either of our restaurants at the weekend upon your arrival.

CHILDREN, INFANTS AND YOUTHS

We offer different prices for Adults, Youths, Children and Infants visiting the Stadium in all areas. Youths, Children and Infants are only admitted to the Stadium if accompanied by an Adult. Certain packages we offer are age specific and restrictions apply on their sale.

Age categories for each group are defined as follows …
Infants are defined as being aged under 2 years of age.
Children are defined as being between 2 and 10 years of age.
Youths are defined as being between 11 and 17 years of age.
Adults are defined as being 18 years of age or over.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the package(s) you are booking are appropriate for the ages of those attending. You may be asked to provide proof of age to confirm that the package you have booked is appropriate for the person it has been booked for.

PROOF OF AGE

You may be asked to provide proof of age during your visit to the Stadium. You may be challenged to prove your age when:

a) Entering the Stadium on an Adult only package
b) Purchasing an alcoholic drink
c) Placing a Tote bet
d) Purchasing any other age-restricted package or product

If you are unable to satisfactorily prove your age then we may refuse entry to the Stadium and/or may refuse service. If payment has already been made for a package you are not eligible for then no refund will be given.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods …

Please Note … no booking will be held prior to payment being received and, in the case of a cheque payment, the payment having cleared in our bank account.

Cash
You are advised not to send cash through the post. We are happy to accept a cash payment on the evening or through the Reservations Office during normal office hours.

Bank Transfer
Funds may be transferred directly to our bank account as follows …

Please include the booking reference, if you have it, or the date of your booking in the reference.

Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Peterborough Sports Stadium Limited’ and must be received with sufficient time to allow their clearance prior to your booked event date.

When sending a cheque please ensure that you include your name, address, the date of the event and booking reference (if you have been given one) on the back of the cheque.

Debit or Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Debit and Electron Cards. We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Club cards. 

When making a payment with a Debit or Credit card we may require additional security checks to validate card payments. This may include, but is not limited to, the three digit CVV number from the back of the card and the postcode and surname matching the card. If you provide this information to us these details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
