19-02-10: OPEN AS NORMAL - Peterborough Greyhound Stadium have announced that there will be racing as normal tonight (Friday) and Saturday. Marketing Manager Andy Barham said that after checking the weather forecast and local conditions, there was nothing they could see that would prevent racing. He added: "It is one of the advantages of our all-weather track, which is made up of silicon sand. It is treated with salt in winter to prevent freezing, and watered in the dry days of summer".

Special 'Boxing Day' meeting Monday 27th December

As we are closed on Boxing Day itself (26th) we are open on Monday 27th December for a special 'Boxing Day' meeting. Doors open at noon, first race at 1pm. The whole stadium is given over to general seating. Enjoy a drink from one of our 8 bars, a snack from our Rumblin Tum fast-food servery or cafeteria, all in the comfort of our purpose built stadium with panoramic views of all the live racing action, or venture outside to the track for even more atmosphere.

Restaurant will be closed. No vouchers/concessions valid for this meeting.

Admission to the stadium only: £5.00 per person (including race programme). Children under 16 years £1.00 (accompanied by responsible adult). Pre-booked coach groups of 20 or more adults, requiring admission only, will benefit from a £1.00 discount per person off the normal admission price.
